Cranberry juice is well known to treat urinary tract infections and is very simple to make at home yourself. If you keep a bag of frozen cranberries, you’ll always have access to fresh, raw cranberry juice within minutes.

Fresh or frozen cranberries
Raw unpasteurized honey or stevia
Fresh water

Throw a large handful of cranberries in a blender or Vitamix with 3 cups of fresh water. Add honey to taste or leave out if you have an active infection. Blend till smooth and uniform. Store in a glass jar or jug in the refrigerator.
