This smoothie is so creamy and refreshing, and so simple and quick to make. It’s fantastic for Sunday morning breakfast with your family. This recipe makes enough for two people.

My friend Jan taught me this recipe, when I was caring for 94 year old Oswald, and it was his favorite drink!

1 organic banana
1 large orange, peeled
1 handful ice, or 1/2 cup water

Blend until smooth and creamy, and drink up, or pour into popsicle moulds and freeze. Little people LOVE these healthy popsicles.
