This is a simple, delicious dip for veggies or baked potato chips.
1 1/2 cups plain organic yogourt
1-2 teaspoons unpasteurized honey or sweeten to taste
5 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 fresh organic lemon
1 clove garlic chopped very fine or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Pinch unrefined sea salt to taste
1/2 green onion or mild shallot chopped very fine
Just mix it all together with a fork or small hand blender. Refrigerate until needed.
This dip is delicious served immediately. If you make it the night before or have some left over, put it in the refrigerator. The dip will thicken and the flavors will blend together to make it taste even better.
