House Salad with Creamy Lime Dressing

Creamy Lime Dressing

1/2 cup organic mayonnaise
6 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime or 1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons raw liquid honey or agave syrup

Combine ingredients and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.

House Salad

Iceberg Lettuce torn into bite size pieces
Tomato sliced thin
Cucumber sliced thin
Red onion julienned
Sweet red pepper julienned

Combine ingredients for salad in a glass bowl, and serve with dressing on the side.

Serve with Seasoned Multigrain Croutons [1].

Optional: For the non-vegetarians, serve with sliced, grilled, organic chicken breast or chunks of cooked wild salmon.
