Why should I cleanse?

Detoxification is a continuous process carried out by your body to eliminate or neutralize toxins. Your organs of detoxification include colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph system and your skin. Today our detoxification systems become overloaded as our bodies are exposed to ever increasing amounts of toxins. These may include excess protein and carbohydrates, refined sugars, unhealthy or damaged fats, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, industrial chemicals and pollutants, heavy metals, excess synthetic or natural hormones, antibiotics, prescription and non-prescription pharmaceuticals, recreational drugs, alcohol and tobacco.
